COASTAL SUPER HEAVY DUTY BRAKE FLUIDS (DOT 3 AND DOT 4) are a balanced blend of premium grade glycol ethers with lubricants and inhibitors designed for corrosion protection and controlled rubber swell.

COASTAL DOT 3 BRAKE FLUID meets or exceeds Federal Standard FMVSS 116, DOT 3 and SAE J1703.

COASTAL DOT 4 BRAKE FLUID meets or exceeds Federal Standard FMVSS 116, DOT 4 and SAE J1703. Also approved for use in systems requiring DOT 3 fluid.

COASTAL SUPER HEAVY DUTY BRAKE FLUIDS are not compatible with any type of oil. Modern automotive hydraulic brake systems designed for Dot 3 or DOT 4 Brake Fluid will suffer damage when filled with oil.
